$115 Fall Furnace Service Special
Our residential Fall Furnace Service is $115 and includes:
- Up to one hour of service
- Furnace filter replacement (filter provided by customer)
- Ignitor check
- Condensation line inspection for leaks or clogs
- Heat exchanger inspection
- Inducer motor and inducer fan motor inspection
The service can only be completed when the outdoor temperature is below 65°F, and customers should have their furnace running for approximately 15–20 minutes before the technician arrives.
The special will be available for appointments beginning October 15 and must be booked by December 15, 2026.
